This report highlights a series of dialogue and discussion sessions conducted between April and May to strengthen public understanding of parliamentary functions and governance processes. Key activities included the Nala Shaah event in Burco on budget analysis and decentralization, a parliamentary discussion on legal drafting as a core responsibility of the House of Representatives, and a dialogue on parliamentary agenda research focusing on session planning and preparation. These activities aimed to promote civic awareness, encourage informed public engagement, and enhance understanding of parliamentary processes.
