This report summarizes key activities conducted during the quarter to promote inclusive political participation and strengthen collaboration between civil society organizations (CSOs) and the House of Representatives. Major activities included a quarterly debate held at Asod Hotel on “Breaking Barriers: Women’s Strength in Parliamentary Politics in Somaliland,” which brought together women leaders, academics, politicians, and emerging voices, as well as a CSO coordination meeting hosted by the House of Representatives’ Planning Department to share quarterly achievements, enhance coordination, and introduce the newly established Gender Advocacy Office and other parliamentary departments.
