On Wednesday, 27 November, Hon. MP Mohamed Kodbur of the Somaliland Parliament joined an informal dialogue with the people in Hargeisa. It was designed to foster a discussion on pertinent issues facing the people, which the House of Representatives has to address. The event served as a platform for citizens and elected representatives to engage with one another, facilitating open dialogue on legislative matters and current issues. The discussion featured an overview of the House of Representatives, its structure, functions, and its performance over the past three years. The purpose is to improve citizen engagement in the legislative processes.
