Under the Dawlad Kaab Project, ISIR Institute organized a one-day training on leadership and good governance for women and youth. The training was designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of key governance principles, including transparency, accountability, participation, and ethical leadership. It also aimed to enhance their leadership capacities and encourage their active involvement in decision-making processes within their communities. Through interactive sessions and practical discussions, the training sought to empower women and youth to take on more responsible and effective leadership roles.
